We have lived in times where sisters, mothers, and aunts band about the birthing womxn and together they usher her into motherhood. While these practices still do exist in different shape and form, many women go through this period without the support they need. This is where the doula comes in.

 

As a doula, I offer personalised emotional, physical (non-medical) and informational support through pre-conception, pregnancy and birth.
